Why call ‘The Paybackers’ when you could call Captain Bubble? The one-man-show-stopper. Bubble has a knack for solving problems, especially problems of the supervillain kind. With Bubble’s natural abilities, he’s already a powerhouse by any standard.  No one really stood a chance, but Bubble finds the work fun and fulfilling. It’s always amusing for Bubble to see what new schemes the villains cook up. He’s yet to find anyone who’s come close to fulfilling their plan.  Jolly thinks Bubble’s just not looking in the right places, too scared to unlock his ultimate form.
