Angel was born during the hours of a blood moon on Gaia. To the Elven people, it was an omen. But to her mother, it was seen as a gift from the Ancient One.
Angel always felt like an outsider among her people growing up. What they didn’t know was that she possessed healing powers. Her family tried to keep it under wraps because if the people found out, they would surely exile her.
Angel struggled to keep her powers hidden; all she saw was illness and suffering. And when her mother turned ill, she couldn’t help but heal her. When the Elders found out that Angel had been healing people, they banished her to walk Gaia alone, forever. Not even her mother was allowed to go with her, or else she’d meet a swift end.
Angel nearly lost her mother once, she wouldn’t let it happen again, so she left, never looking back.
