Immortal Jolly
Jolly, one of the first Skel’tonian pharaohs of Egypt, was a gracious and humble leader. Taught by his parents, an ancient healer and temple guard, he was raised in the old ways, to fear and listen to the law of the Ancient One. When one of the Old Gods, Anubis, sought to end the Ancient One’s reign, he approached Jolly as a potential instrument of rebellion. But Jolly refused to betray the very force that had created his people, and for this defiance Anubis cursed him with immortality. Cast out from his homeland and unable to die, Jolly wandered through the ages, a lone relic of an ancient world, forever paying the price for choosing loyalty over the will of the Anubis.
