After the battle with the mutants, Jolly sustained some minor head injuries.  Bubble didn’t want to take any chances and put Jolly’s head in a healing pod, at the back of their ship.  Without a head, Jolly’s body walked around aimlessly and accidentally destroyed one of the cables linked to the pod. Jolly should’ve told Bubble to keep the body strapped down.
