Anubis had gone too far when he tried to take the Ancient One’s powers. The Ancient One gave Jolly permission to put an end to Anubis once and for all.  Jolly had been waiting for this moment for a very long time. Anubis captured his true love, Lilly, and turned her into his most significant threat. It was time for Jolly to get his revenge. Anubis and Jolly fought for days, decimating the landscape. Cities were evacuated, and Skel’tonians were forced into shelters.  After the dust cleared, only Jolly was left standing.  In his hand, Jolly held Anubis’ eye; the only part of Anubis left intact.
