Fueled by his need to do good and change the world, Jolly figured it was time to enact real change.  Criminals were being prosecuted all over central Europe; Jolly wanted to be the one doing it.  Over the years he sent many criminals to dungeons all over Europe.  Until one day he was approached by a man on trial for theft. The man told Jolly about a magic gem hidden in a cave; in Transylvania.
