Jolly, now determined to find the magic gem, set his sights on Transylvania.  There were so many caves to explore, each holding a different danger to the previous one.  Jolly found himself deep in a forest, on the edge of a giant mountain. A small cave entrance revealed itself to Jolly, and a cauldron of bats came swooping out.  Jolly made hast to enter the cave, and to his surprise, the gem was between the skeletons of fallen men and women.
