Thanks to Bubble’s matter-manipulating abilities, Jolly could fulfil one of his lifelong dreams, changing into the four elements. When Jolly turned into water, he went straight into the ocean to look for Atlantis.  Not only did he find it, but he also found people there. And when Jolly sees people, he’s bound to cause some mischief.
